Which is why when I heard that she had opened preorders for a new Pokétreat pin series and extended the deadline when the preorder goal hadn’t been met, I knew I had to share it to help spread the word!
If you find yourself in Harajuku, I urge you to visit Reissue, a café that has some of the best latte art I’ve ever seen! I went during my trip to Tokyo in December on the recommendation of a friend, and was not disappointed. The barista will make any request into 2D or 3D latte art that is almost too awesome to drink!
I’m excited to finally share a gameplay video of the first 20 minutes of PriPara All Idol Perfect Stage! for the Nintendo Switch. This is the latest PriPara idol rhythm game, and was selected as my April import game by my lovely Patreon members! The Black Friday sales madness is upon us! During my last trip to the US, I decided I wanted to work on my outdoor photography and video skills. Basically, I’m completely terrified of it! It’s one of those things where I know it’s irrational, but I get very embarrassed whenever I take a photo or video in public. I would really like to work on conquering my fear before my trip to Tokyo next month, when I plan on taking a million photos and videos to share with you! So, while it may not exactly be usual Chic Pixel fare, my most recent upload to my YouTube channel features a little shopping trip to Target!
I first became aware of Stasia’s adorable brand Ugly Plants around the release of Pokémon Sun and Moon, when photos of her amazing Mimikyu plushies were circulating around the internet. But I soon found out that Stasia is not only extremely skilled at making plushies of Pokémon and other cute characters, but all kinds of other merchandise, too!
Back in July, I shared a picture of a magnet I made by sticking a cute Hakuouki art card on a magnet ad I got in the mail on my Instagram feed. I was really surprised by the positive response I got! I’m really passionate about reusing/recycling things when possible, and it was really nice to see people interested in the whole idea of kawaii paper magnets.
