Otome Game Nightshade English Localization Announced for Steam!

I fully accept responsibility for being a little late on this one, but better late than never when it comes to exciting new otome game localization announcements! To my complete and utter surprise, Hyakka Hyakurou: Sengoku Ninpouchou, an otome game released for the PS Vita in Japan this past February, will be getting an English release! It will be published by D3 Publisher and Red Entertainment as Nightshade for Steam, so that unfortunately means no PS Vita version, but it’s awesome none the less!

October 2016 Favorites: Gudetama and a Good Boy

After missing a month due to a mini-break at the beginning of October, the Chic Pixel monthly favorites feature is back! For October, I’ll be including anything noteworthy from September that I didn’t get a chance to cover already, so this month should be extra packed. Plus, it was Halloween, one of my favorite holidays! It goes without saying that I got my spook on… Well, mostly through my attempts to collect the festive skins in Overwatch.

August Tenso Haul: Otome Games and Pokémon Merch

After my first experience using Tenso to forward packages from Japan to Australia a year ago, my buying habits have drastically changed. No more pining away for products that can’t be shipped overseas – now I can order them and have them shipped to me for a reasonable fee with Tenso! I say “reasonable” because if you’re not careful, the cost can shoot up very quickly… But after forwarding a few packages, I think I have a pretty good handle on how to make the most of it. Today I’ll be sharing my most recent haul as well as some tips on using Tenso I’ve learned along the way!
